Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Twishaxpressions.com, we make sure that your orders reach you in time. For this we are associated with trusted shipping channels who work 24/7 to help us send packages. There are some facts related to our shipping policy that you must be aware of before placing an order with us.

Shipping Charges:
For deliveries across India
1. Free on orders of INR 2,000 and above
2. INR 99 on orders below INR 2,000

Cash On Delivery (COD) – Currently Unavailable

Time taken to deliver your order:
We get on our toes as soon as you place an order with us. Delivery times are usually as follows:
1. Within India – your order should reach you in 5 – 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
2. For free delivery services outside India, please allow up to 6 weeks for the shipment to arrive.
3. If you opt for a courier service with paid shipping, your delivery should arrive within 10 days.

Processing time for each product varies. Your entire order is shipped together once all products are ready to be shipped. The cart page and the checkout shipping page gives an estimated delivery date. Please note, deliveries can sometimes get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging:
All the orders that we ship are carefully packed so that the product retains its quality and reaches you in good shape. We make sure your order is sealed and discreet.

International Shipping:
International shipping is possible. The checkout page shows you the exact shipping rates for your country. The number of days for delivery can increase due to delay in customs processing at the destination country. All International shipments are sent as “signature not required on delivery”.

International Customs Charges:
Some destination countries charge customs on the shipments. All customs charges, local taxes and delivery company’s processing fees for clearing customs is to be borne by the customer, unless it is charged at checkout.

Tampered, Damaged or Opened Packages:
